About Roffers Concrete

Located in Reedsville, WI, Roffers Concrete Construction has been serving Northeast Wisconsin since 1976, when Robert J Roffers started the business.  Robert, who was a Ready-Mix truck driver at the time, saw a need for a concrete construction business and decided to start his own.

During the early 1980’s, Robert’s son Eric, began working on construction sites with his father part-time and on the weekends as time allowed.  During this time, a lot of agricultural projects were completed for local farmers as well as some small residential jobs as the business continued to grow.

In addition to running a small dairy farm, Robert & Eric realized the demand for their concrete services was growing quickly.  So in 1991, Robert sold the cows and decided to focus on expanding the business.  Five years later in 1996, the business was incorporated and Eric began the process of purchasing it from his father.  From that point on, there was no looking back!

Some key investments over the next 10 years would lead to Roffers Concrete becoming one of the most-trusted names in NE Wisconsin.  In 1994, Eric purchased his first set of aluminum forms, which dramatically increased efficiency on all levels.  “The purchase of our first aluminum forms was a game changer.  At that point forward, it was me and the crew in charge of those forms while my dad managed the agricultural portion of the business.  It was expensive at the time, but looking back it was one of the best investments we ever made,’ Eric said.

In 1998, the first boom truck was purchased, and shortly thereafter in 2001, the first concrete conveyor was purchased.  All of these investments played a key role in the growth of Roffers Concrete and helped grow the business to where it is today.  In the most recent years, Roffers Concrete has continued to add equipment and employees so they are capable of completing any type of job.

Moving into the future, the team at Roffers Concrete will always focus on quality and treating their customers with respect.  These values were established over 40 years ago and continue to be the motivation behind everything they represent.
